The Digital One Line Link x8 network protocol
For more than 3 decades the DOLLx8 or Digital One Line Link has been around, it has always been an embedded network for special applications with multifunction flexible usage. For the latest version, it took time to launch the next generation of the somewhat special and still popular DOLLx8 embedded network due to the complexity in embedded software developments. The new DOLLx8 devices begun its sales in Europe and Asia during the summer months, and then in the Canada before reached Australia and New Zealand by autumn 2013.
DOLLx8 version 3.20 is faster and better than ever before, running a faster processor than the previous DOLLx8 version. And as expected, it comes with more functions, which also includes a complete alarm system aimed for GSM or Internet. Although the new DOLLx8 is packed with new functions and user configurations compared with its predecessor, the cost of main module is still the same as before. DOLLx8 functions and commands are backward compatible.
